Dr. Vinit Gupta, founder, Endeavour Explorations LLP, is a Mechanical Engineer who completed his Ph.D from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, India in 2018. He has worked in academic institutions of repute in different profiles before founding this initiative. He has a very strong academic and research background with a wide international research presence. After, around 15 years in academics and research, he has realized a strong gap in terms of quality. This led him to found this venture for imparting support services in India for academic & research practices. He leads the technical team and is responsible for products and services of Endeavour Explorations LLP.

Ms. Sunita Sagore (Gupta), co-founder, has a vast background in IT services. She has worked as a Senior Software Engineer with HCL Technologies, Bengaluru (India) before joining this venture. She, with her vast experience, bring innovative strategies, new initiatives and leads the business development wing of Endeavour Explorations LLP. 

Dr. Ritesh Upadhyay comes with extensive experience in industrial operations, maintenance engineering, and process optimization. He has authored and co-authored 25 research publications in reputed national and international journals and conferences.

His major research interests include industrial systems, environmental sustainability, machinery performance optimization, and wastewater management. With a strong blend of academic insight and practical industry exposure, he actively contributes to research and development in maintenance engineering, operational efficiency, and sustainable industrial practices.
